As they say "it is what is says on the tin."  The Flouncy dress by iBlues is a really pretty flouncy, floaty number in a floral pattern in lovely fresh colours on a navy background.  Made from 100% polyester, a washable sheer fabric, knee length,  light as a feather with long sleeves with elasticated cuff, subtle tiered design with ruffled hemline and a little V neckline with a tie.  Comes with an attached inner lining.

Washable at 30 degrees.
