Please note!!! There is a RETURN FEE of 2%  to contribute towards the credit card transactions - as we pay the credit card company both when you order and again when we refund you!


Returns


Need more measurements? We’d love to assist as it improves the chance of your delight with the fit of your online selection. Please email us with your requests, and we’ll take exact measurements. We can also send additional images, try items on for you, and even send a short video. We offer a wide variety of brands, and each one has a different size chart, so please don’t hesitate to ask for further details to ensure a perfect fit.

International customers must declare their package as BRITISH RETURNS for customs.


Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days to enable a full refund. Clothing must be returned in the same perfect condition as you received it, with all labels still attached. Please take care when trying on garments to avoid make-up or body creams transferring onto the items, as we are unable to absorb the cost of refunding unsaleable returns. In such circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Jewellery must be returned in its original, undamaged box.


Please note: For all online returns, a small fee to cover card transaction costs (2%) will be deducted from your refund, as these costs are non-refundable from our payment processor.


For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Items purchased between December 1st and December 23rd have an extended exchange policy and may be returned up until January 6th.


Please note, we do not offer a free returns service. 


It is your responsibility to return the items to us, and we recommend using a carrier that provides a signature guarantee and insurance covering the full value.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received and approved for a refund, minus the transaction processing fee (2%). Refunds typically take 5-10 working days, though it’s usually closer to 5 days.


Sale Items

Sale or reduced items can be refunded if received back within 7 days, subject to the same transaction fee deduction as non-sale items.


Gifts

Gifts may be returned for a credit note. The original customer will receive the credit note, if email address is provided.
