Our courier is APC, any changes/updates once we have packed your order please follow the links via text or email from APC. We are unable to amend your original details once you've placed the order.

Shipping to USA
Shipping Costs & Import Duty:
Due to recent changes with the postal system, we are now required to pay import duties and taxes in advance before your parcel is accepted for shipping to the USA. This means we’ll need to get an estimate from the Post Office before confirming your order.
Duty is now payable on values over $100
How to Order:
Please email us at info@nellieanddove.co.uk with the items you’d like to purchase, and we will provide a shipping and duty estimate for you.
Delivery Time:
Approx. 7 working days from dispatch (once duties and shipping have been arranged).
Courier & Tracking:
Once dispatched, your order will be trackable, and we’ll share all details with you via email.

Orders are sent by APC. For UK mainland, APC will message you with a delivery time slot and there are options to amend if needed - leave with a neighbour, etc.
Subject to stock availability and bank holidays. Occasionally, items selected online will be with a customer being tried in the shop, we have to give priority to the customer in the shop.
We are happy to suggest alternatives or refund.

RETURNS:
We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of the order being received for a refund or exchange (Except SALE items are 7 days)
Please note - items are returned at your own expense.
NB: Non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons are:
- Earrings
- Fragrance
- Skincare
Clothes must be returned in their original condition - with tags, UNMARKED AND UNSCENTED.
We recommend your return is sent via a reputed courier or recorded delivery so you have proof of despatch.
Replacement can only be made when we have received the original order
