Ready for the Oscars!! This dress will do the job beautifully and it's even better in the flesh!! Made by the Spanish brand Carla Ruiz the Whisper Dream Dress makes you feel a million dollars. Made from polyester so it feels very smooth on the skin, lightweight, sheer, long in length with sleeves that split into their own 'angel wings', fully lined with padding around the bust, lovey ruched detail on the shoulders, pleat design around the bust and back on a V neckline front and back, with the same detail around the waist line to achieve a stunning silhouette. The blue polka dots vary in size and the larger ones create a lovey balance around the hemline of the sleeves and skirt. Come in and see for yourself.
