ahhh the details, we love this pretty dress by Derhy!  The large floral print (very on trend!) really pops on the black background, and the dress gathers in an empire line inder the bust with adjustable ties adorned with individual flowers, which also feature on the spaghetti straps.  The skirts increases in tiers with cotton lace ribbons dividing each tier.  

100% cotton, with polyester fabric flowers.  Cool wash delicate. There's lots of adjustable areas to this dress, but as a general rule the medium would fit a 26" chest.
