An unusual and luxurious dress by European Culture. The Cha-Cha dress features a densely woven cupro blend fabric in a warm silvery-taupe shade, simple straps with a high front and slightly dipping at the back (a strapless bra would be hidden or wear normal with black or fun coloured straps) the fabric changes from a silky lighter weight (non see through) upper dress, to 2 tiers in a more densely woven matt fabric which change shade slightly according the way it has been cleverly cut and positioned but actually from the same roll! Jane is wearing the Small. Belt sold separately.
