A funky tiered cotton dress with an amazing patchwork of stripes, prints, flamingos and Frida Khalo ;-). A sexy halterneck style with dense colourful beading at the edge of the straps and deep waistband which sits at empire level.  The long full skirt has multiple tiers finished with flamngo's and pink tassels for their feet!   The back is almost open above the elasticated waist, with a wide self-tie back to hide a halter neck bra.
