METTERE Part-ay Skirt!

Wow, what a beautiful skirt by Pennyblack;-). We love the density of the tiny sequins, the clever pleating and the dipped colour blend from silver through to a deep blue hemline.  The size 12 measures 30" unstretched at the waistband which stretches to 33" comfortably.  The length is 34" so midi-ish.  Dry clean only.
